Churchill Living takes a thorough and aggressive approach toward preventing the instance of bed bugs to drastically reduce the possibility of harboring any infestation in our apartments and furnishings. We have created a 3-Part Bed Bug Prevention Program so our guests can sleep soundly.
Training and inspections are the most important preventative measures taken by Churchill. Churchill Living's quality control, shipping and receiving, and delivery team are trained in effective bed bug extermination procedures by an environmentally responsible supplier of bed bug treatment products. All furnishings and household goods are treated twice; before delivery to an apartment and upon arrival at our warehouses. Churchill is also enrolled in a program whereby our warehouses are subject to unannounced inspections. Churchill has thus far passed all inspections.
All of Churchill’s mattresses, boxsprings and pillows will be covered and sealed with the 360° BiteBarrier, a specially designed encasement to defend against allergens and bed bug infestation.
Churchill’s NEW Insect Infernos will be used for every mattress, boxspring and pillow in our inventory to kill and protect against unwanted pests. This heat treatment technology will kill harmful pests permanently.
